Leveling will depend if needed, per area. Prices range $0 and up to square footage of area needed.

Tile removal $2.25 per sq ft
Wood removal $2.50 sq ft
LVP/ Laminate $0.50 per sq ft
Vinyl Sheet $1 per sq ft
Dumpster may be needed, based on sq ft removal. Fee $350 and up
